Constipation, Bloating
Feeling heavnines, bloating, constipation...not feeling fresh even after go to washroom..it's feel like still not clear the stomach..I'm diabetic on single tablet and controlled..from last few days feeling slightly pain near to ribs and pain at right side abdomen.

Get an ultrasound done along with liver function test, hbA1c , stool for occult blood to confirm exact diagnosis. Rest you can have symptomatic treatment for your complains like drotaverine for abdominal pain and isabgol for constpation, probiotics along with your diabetic drugs. Increase fiber intake and stay hydrated.

Syrup Lactulose 10ml in hot water ODHS x 10 days
Syrup Carmozyme 10 ml Before Food(10-20mins) 1-2 times daily
