Chronic constipation
My son is having chronic constipation for an year we have tried multiple things but it is effective till we give laxative like PEG 3350 but it still comes back. I am really stressed what can i do?

Lots of green vegetable with more of lady finger. Guava and drink plenty of water. Isabgol with water can be taken in night.

Give PEG 1 scoop dilute in half glass water every day for minimum 3 months. If the child eases the problem with one day use then also you should give it atleast alternate days up to 3 months. This gives the child a habit to go to toilet every day. PEG can be given as a long term treatment upto 1 yr.
