Could you please review my report and let me know the status of my cholesterol levels? Have they increased?

After meal i am having bloating in my stomach which causes uneasiness in my body. What should i do to reduce it.

Getting blood during passing stool since day before yesterday. Happened couple of times few months back also

I have a bloating issue in my stomach which is slightly down to the left rib bone, complete left side and feel little hotness and around that place, my RBC count is 5.56 and blood urea 5.7 and creatinine is 1.22 and urea is 12.4 and vitamin b12 is 135 and vitamin d is 12.60, I'm going through asthma treatment from past 8 months.
