Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since childhood, I've experienced minor digestive issues, including occasional regurgitation of food particles (such as egg white, cucumber seeds, and solid pieces of meat). I also struggle with gas and acidity, and I'm increasingly troubled by acid reflux. Recently, I've noticed stains on my tongue and inside my mouth, which I suspect are related to the reflux. Could you please suggest potential long-term solutions?

Hi doctor my baby is 3 years old...she complained stomach pain after eating for the past 1 month ... suddenly she started vomiting...so took to hospital...she diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis...am attaching the scan report...dr prescribed antibiotics cexifime 100mg twice a day for 7 days and tinidazole for 5 days...after taking the antibiotics vomiting completely reduced and she stopped complaining stomach pain but after 2 days after stopping the antibiotics after completing full course medicine...she is sometimes says having stomach pain after meals...is this normal?? Or need to consult dr again...will that infection cured for this 7 days course antibiotics???

Alt/sgpt is 130u/l is this concerning do i need to take doctor precautionary. Please let me know or should i take healthy diet.

During my travel Last weekend had eaten offered stale outside food i Initially had many loose motions but by taking ROKO it helped to stop motions. Now still i am having daily stomach crunches and heaviness after having meals. PLEASE ADVICE medicin as I travel often and cannot avoid outside food always.
