Stomach infection
My son has done 2 times vomiting and 2-3 times diarrhea since yesterday with stomachache.I have given him vomikind 3ml and metrozyl suspension 4 ml ...now whther I shoul continue metrozyl 4 ml and at what duration...pls guide.
