He vomited after drinking water ..we r giving emest syrup nd crocin  but nothing is gud...he have headache also but still no vomiting stop What we do is it serious

Yes it could be serious if the vomiting is persistent it may lead to dehydration in the child which is something serious. Also the cause of vomiting needs to be evaluated

Yes. It could be serious. Vomiting could be due to anything from Gastritis to Dengue to Uraemia to Brain tumor. None of these can be confirmed without an examination. Please consult a Paediatrician in your area for a physical examination and further management
