I am 24 year old boy from the last 6 months (approx) why i am producing BLACK SPECKS IN MY STOOL almost everytime i go to poop And from the last 1-1.5 months i am having tremendous gastric issues,abdominal pain from nowhere,etc. I have given multiple blood test but every report is okay currently i am taking COLOSPA RETARD,ECONORM for this issue still its not improveing at all what should i do next Pls guide i am aattching the pic Thanks (I AM HAVING TREMENDOUS ANUS ITCHING AND BURNING AFTER GOING TO STOOL) For that i am applying dermotriad plus cream Pls answer me

Can I take Dr John malt syrup with water instead of milk? When I take it with milk my stomach gets upset. And I'm underweight.

Vomitting and acidity after eating out yesterday night suggest medicine vomitting stopped now but acidity high

S Cholesterol - 243, SGPT - 53, SGOT - 80, Creatinine - 1.58, Total Bilirubin - 3.85, Direct Bilirubin - 1.17, Indirect Bilirubin - 2.68, TLC - 12100, Neutrophils - 77, Lymphocytes - 19, PLT - 1.18, RBC - 3.46, MCV -122, MCH - 41, Stone in Kidney, piles problem, Left anterior hemi block. I am a regular drinker and smoker, working in the corporate sector with lots of stress and travel and no habit for exercise. These are six  months ago and at that time I consulted with the Doctor and took medicine for one month with a little bit of reducing consumption of alcohol and smoking and felt better, after one month I took these things regularly and stopped medicines but now the same problem is facing again. Pls suggest that it is recoverable or not and how much my liver and kidney was damaged as per reports and situations.
