I have issue of tight poop after eating spicy food and pain in anus and saw red poop in between yellow poop can anyone suggest me

I have admitted in hospital with suffering from stomach infection 5 days back and I was under medication and iam little better now.i feel very weak due to lack of food. I am feeling hungry but have some fear about what to eat .plz suggest some foods that are safe to eat. And when can I take my normal diet

I have been experiencing persistent itching and discomfort around the anal area for a long time. Although there are periods when everything feels fine, the problem keeps coming back. Recently, I have noticed: Difficulty sleeping due to the itching. Worms in my stool. Worms sticking to the skin around the anus. Hello I had a large glass of carrot juice yesterday and today i have all reddish stool . Is it normal? Not seprate blood.

I am getting loose motions since from 3years I did endoscopy every thing is normal. But I am still getting loose motion pain under the stomach.

I get a pain that travels to my throat from middle of my chest . When I burp it can ease . It does not happen daily just occasionally. Hello Dear Doctor , I have pain on left upper abdomen under the ribs by yesterday. Also ribs paining on moving and pressing. I have not constipation but stool tight in starting. Some time gas problem. And my stomach giving sounds like bloating. Tongue is white. What should be done? Pls suggest AYURVEDA /Homeopathy /Allopathic medicine.

My test results for h pylori IgA is 1.38 (positive) and IgG is .6 (Negative). Do I need any treatment for H pylori to start. A few months back I was having severe Acidity, Acid reflex during night, indigestion, bloating and constipation. Antacids, PPI and laxatives gave some relief. Shelcal XT did the magic in improving the situation. Now symptoms are mild like sensation in upper food pipe while taking food, mild acid reflex etc.
