Stomach Problems & Remedies

Have uncomfortable feel in the upper middle abdomen for last 6 days and sometimes a little pain in the upper abdomen area. The food habits are ok and weight is also under the proper limits. Please advise

My sister of 10 years old is frequently falling sick which seems harmless most of the time with fever and nausea..but recently her fever has lasted for a week..and in the middle of the week she even started vomiting...she is weighs 22 kg..Her current CBC report showed a drop in WBCs (2660) and highly elevated CRP(145mg/L), SGPT(126.55 IU/L) and SGOT(160.13 IU/L)..Also since 2 days we are noticing red spots on her eyeballs. Is a liver disorder?..If yes what can be the possible cause and how can we cure it.

I am suffered with piles from last week. At the point of toilet 2 small type of skin swelling tag are available.Discussed with Dr he told that it's a thromboses piles and need to do surgery. Please do needful and guide me.

I have been having difficulty swallowing for more than a month now. I feel scared to swallow food or medicines because i feel food will be stuck in the throat or will go inside the wind pipe. I think I am suffering from a prolonged digestion problem, feels bloated, gas and stool looks like odd smelling and slightly loose, stomach cramps frequently, all this happening since many Few years, can someone help or suggest, i change my diet and nothing happens, i drink a lot of water, eat oats in breakfast but no big improvement..
