I had stomach pain right below in the middle of my ribs the pain come and goes it comes every 5 minutes atleast this has been for 5 days now i took pantoprazole+domperidone for about 3 days once a day as my previous prescription before i don't know if this is a gas problem or something else kindly enlighten if im drinking the correct medicine i also took sodium alginate sodium bicarbonate calcium carbonate liquid i went to the hospital yesterday night but they only given me pain killer, i have no fever,no headache, no vomiting symptoms, no heartburns and regular menstrual flow

I am having pain in the upper right quadrant,two inches from the centre of the chest. I recently had gall bladder surgery a month back and the pain seems like same and radiates back as well. Is it gastritis or anything else? It feels like cramp in that area and increases post food. The back point also hurts. I have also lost weight

Have a twitching effect/ sensation in the anus . No pain , no blood , no growth or uneasiness except twitches occasionally for sometime. This is for the last one week . Not affecting bowel movements et. It's only gives uneasy feeling while twitching or crawling like feeling . No pin worms no puss or liquid coming out . Had been doing squat exercise and spreading of legs , bending to reduce the lower stomach . Presently having amoxicillin and clarithromycin , pantries for H Pylori . Three days over in the 10 days course . Having amiodarone and beta blocker for AFib ( 1-0-0) both . Right now no twitching or crawling feeling happens a few times in the day . All blood tests / urine tests normal . Looking for advice on this issue . Thank you
