Hello, Pragya. I’ve reviewed your reports and description carefully. Your ultrasound shows mild hepatomegaly (enlarged liver) with grade-II fatty changes and mesenteric lymphadenopathy — this usually suggests some underlying infection or inflammatory condition in the abdomen, possibly post-surgical or intestinal in origin. The black particles and worm-like structure in urine are concerning and need urgent stool and urine microscopy to rule out parasitic infection (like filariasis, schistosomiasis, or other rare infestations). Also, your mildly high fasting sugar (118 mg/dl) and fatty liver may need dietary control and possible medication. At this point, you must: 1. Give urine routine and microscopy + stool examination (OVA & cyst). 2. Repeat ultrasound after 2–3 weeks to check lymph node size. 3. Get LFT, KFT, and eosinophil count tested. 4. Avoid oily and fatty foods, stay hydrated, and don’t self-medicate antibiotics. Because your symptoms and sonography findings together need personal review of surgical wound healing and complete infection work-up, I strongly suggest a direct consultation so I can guide you properly with prescriptions and follow-up investigations. You can message me personally on WhatsApp — eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a private consultation and full treatment plan.
