Gradually replace your isphagula with natural sources of dietary fibers like most of the veggies especially leafy veg , potatoes , orange ,carrots , beans . Also try chia seeds Since isphagula is ayurvedic medicine so researches are not yet complete to know if there are any adverse effects of long term intake but why when you can satisfy dietary needs via fruits and vegetables.  They are low In fat too so post gall bladder removal fat malabsorption also won't be an issue Also increase water intake atleast 4 to 5 liters per day Consult Gastroenterologist for further workup
Next Steps
Increase fiber and water intake

How long since the operation ? Include a high fibre diet and avoid excessive consumption of fat containing foods, exercise daily. For relief, u can take Syp. Heptulac (15mL) twice daily for 10 days, then once daily after dinner for 5-6 days. Kindly consult for a detailed treatment and guidance.
