Hello, I understand how frustrating it can be to keep having stomach pain even after all tests appear normal. Since your blood tests, ultrasound, ECG, and chest X-ray are clear, the cause is likely functional or acid-related, such as gastritis, acid reflux, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) — all of which can worsen with stress or anxiety. For now, try eating light, non-spicy meals, avoid caffeine, alcohol, and late-night eating. A short course of antacid or proton pump inhibitor along with a probiotic often helps. But since your symptoms are persistent, I’d suggest a personalized evaluation — sometimes a small dietary or stress-related factor can make a big difference. You can message me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a detailed review and tailored treatment plan.
