Make your proper routine. The sleep wake cycle shouldn't be disturbed. If your biological clock is set at one particular time for pooping, there won't be much issues. Regarding your symptoms, first start some good probiotic like VSL#3 1 capsule at night. Take laxopeg sachet 1 sachet at night with lukewarm water.
Next Steps
Always drink lukewarm water with overnight soaked chia seeds at night. Increase your fibre intake. For further advice, kindly book consultation with me through practo.

This sounds like constipation with gas, often worsened by diet and travel. Increase water, fibre and daily walking; avoid oily foods and excess fizzy drinks. If needed, a short course of polyethylene glycol may help, but do not self-medicate if you have severe pain or vomiting. If symptoms persist or there is blood in stool, please consult promptly. You can book a Practo consultation with me for personalised advice.

Bloating with a feeling of incomplete clearing is often linked to low fibre intake, dehydration, or a change in routine while travelling.
Next Steps
Increase fibre rich foods, stay well hydrated, and keep some light activity going, especially before and during travel.
Health Tips
Please don't pick a laxative or tablet on your own. If this continues beyond a couple of weeks, see a gastroenterologist.
