I have endoscopi report with pangastratise before 1.5years
Now 15 days colonoscopy report is internal hemorrhoids
Always bloting, heaviness,after eating,sound in stomach
Regurgitation after three hours meals, constipation 1.5 years

I understandâ1.5 years of constipation, bloating, regurgitation and abdominal discomfort needs a fresh gastro review; it should not be attributed only to gastritis or piles.
Please carry your endoscopy/colonoscopy reports and medicine list so I can reassess you properly.
Meanwhile take fluids, increase fibre gradually, eat smaller meals and avoid lying down for 2â3 hours after food.

Based on your history — this is suggestive of IBS-C, but it can't be confirmed without further workup.
Your pangastritis and hemorrhoid findings partly explain some symptoms, but not all. The urgency + incomplete evacuation pattern also needs to be checked for pelvic floor dysfunction, not just IBS.
