Stomach problem
Bloated stomach , sometimes acidic , heavy feeling in stomach , motion is not complete , gastric problem always , when I press my stomach with hands I start to burp .

hello der symptoms suggestive of gastritis
kindly avoid spicy food
alcohol
smoking
have ur food on time
drink plenty of water
add on roughage like green leafy veg and fruits to ur diet
have food at least 2 to 3 hrs before gng to sleep
consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
