Hi there I understand your concern... It's not worm nothing to worry... It may be due normal peristalsis...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...

Hello.. Well no. There are no worms sort of things in the stomach ..it's probably because of the fasttric secretion tiu ee feeling so.. Try to have food on time...drink water well and try not to keep your stomach empty..thank you

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I dont think its a worm. Its just normal peristaltic movements.  I would suggest you have food on time. Instead of having 3 huge meals, have 5 smaller meals on time. Let there be at least 3 hours gap between food and bed. Also, dont sleep on your tummy. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
