Since you’ve had quite a lot of abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, fever and are unable to eat properly, it would be better to get checked today rather than continuing medicines on your own, especially since you had a similar episode recently. For now, keep taking small sips of ORS/water frequently, as much as you can tolerate. Avoid heavy or solid foods until the vomiting settles, and gradually restart light food once you feel better.
Health Tips
If the vomiting continues, pain becomes severe or worsens, you notice blood in the vomit/stool, become very weak, pass very little urine, or develop persistent fever, please go to the nearest casualty immediately.

First of all be calm and don't be stressed about it As it's second time in short period of time you should evaluate it to be precise about your gut health. If there is any similar predisposing factor then try to find it and avoid that. Be specific about pain and part of abdomen is maximum tenderness
Next Steps
Go for USG Whole Abdomen, CBC, LFT, RFT, CRP, ESR, RBS, Urine R/M
Health Tips
take rest, if oral medication are not stabilizing you then you can take IVs.

Because you have already suffered from all of this, first of all you have to watch the food you eat, which has a direct relation with this condition that what you ate, where you ate and after how many hours this condition happened. Only symptomatic treatment will not cure your problem...you have to go through proper test and treatment for this.
Next Steps
stay hydrated, avoid junk food, fix your food timing, avoid selfmedication consult your doctor

Repeated vomiting with poor oral intake and loose motion can cause dehydration, and recurrence needs examination rather than repeating old medicines. Please take small, frequent sips of ORS; avoid solid or heavy food until vomiting settles. If you cannot keep fluids down, feel dizzy, pass very little urine, or have severe pain, fever, or blood in vomit/stool, go to an emergency room now. I recommend an in-person examination today to assess hydration and your abdomen.
Next Steps
Please book a consultation with me on Practo or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj today; carry your previous prescriptions.

U condition needs proper clinical evaluation. For now avoid heavy, solid meal. Take light food. Take plenty of fluid in small sips throughout the day. ORS to avoid electrolyte loss through vomiting and loose stool. For the time being u can take Tab albendazole 400mg single tab, and then repeat after 3 week, only single tab at a time is to be taken. This is just for amoebial infection. U might be having some other infection, for which doctor will start antibiotics after proper clinical and lab assessment.
Next Steps
Lab work: CBC, LFT, RFT, STOOL CULTURE, USG-WHOLE ABDOMEN
Health Tips
Need to start antibiotics since it seems like an unresolved gut infection. Consult doctor for that.

Your symptoms of severe stomach pain, repeated vomiting, fever, and loose stools indicate an episode of acute infectious gastroenteritis (May be food poisoning or gut infection). Because you had a very similar, severe infection requiring IV fluids only 3–4 weeks ago, your intestinal mucosal lining likely never fully healed, leaving your gut sensitive and vulnerable to reinfection or lingering gut inflammation. The persistent heaviness and inability to keep fluids down put you at immediate risk for dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Next Steps
Do not gulp down large amounts of fluids all at once; instead, take small, frequent sips of ORS (one tablespoon every 5–10 minutes) to prevent triggering the vomiting reflex. Stick strictly to light, bland foods like rice kanji, curd, or toast only when vomiting settles, and completely avoid raw fruits, fruit juices, milk, and oily foods for now. Please book an online consultation with me immediately so we can prescribe appropriate antiemetics, assess for dehydration, and arrange basic stool and blood tests.
Health Tips
Avoid self-medicating with leftover antibiotics from your previous episode, as inappropriate use will further destroy your beneficial gut flora and worsen diarrhea. Take proper rest and monitor your urine output to ensure you are passing clear to light-yellow urine at least every 4 to 6 hours. Go to the nearest emergency room immediately if you cannot keep even sips of water down, notice blood in your vomit or stool, feel extreme dizziness upon standing, or develop high continuous fever.

A second severe episode in a few weeks, with vomiting, fever, and loose motions again, needs proper medical evaluation rather than repeating home treatment on your own.
Next Steps
Please see a doctor in person today, especially since ORS hasn't controlled the vomiting this time and you may need IV fluids and tests again.
Health Tips
Watch for reduced urination, extreme weakness, or non-stop vomiting, and go to an emergency department if any of these develop.
