Mushy stools with left-sided abdominal and flank discomfort that worsens on stretching could suggest gut irritation, a mild intestinal infection, or issues related to the left kidney or colon. A stool routine examination and basic blood tests would help narrow down the cause.
Next Steps
Get a stool routine test done and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
