Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. Gas, bloating, bad breath, occasional heartburn, muscle twitching, and leg cramps can have multiple causes, including digestive issues, stress, and sometimes electrolyte or vitamin deficiencies. General Advice: Eat small, frequent meals and avoid heavy or gas-producing foods in the evening. Stay hydrated and include magnesium-rich foods (nuts, seeds, leafy greens) and potassium-rich foods (bananas, spinach, avocado) in your diet. Light stretching and regular physical activity can help reduce muscle cramps and twitching. Further Evaluation: Blood tests for magnesium, potassium, calcium, and vitamin B12 can help identify deficiencies. If digestive symptoms persist, consult a doctor for evaluation of GERD, gastritis, or other gut issues. When to consult a doctor immediately: Severe or persistent muscle cramps or weakness Numbness or tingling in limbs Persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, or unexplained weight loss If symptoms persist or worsen, you can connect with me directly on Practo or reach me on WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven for a more personalized consultation. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

Likely functional dyspepsia/GERD. Start antacid once daily before breakfast for 10 days, maintain oral hygiene, regular exercise, and increase leafy vegetables. Check electrolytes, Vit D, and B12 if symptoms persist.
