Hello 👋 Your symptoms — bloating, burping, mild chest pain, left shoulder discomfort, acidity, and anxiety — are very commonly interlinked. The pattern you describe fits a condition called acid reflux (GERD) associated with gastritis and anxiety-triggered chest tightness. Here’s how it usually happens: Excess stomach acid and gas cause pressure on the diaphragm → you feel chest heaviness or pain radiating to shoulder. Continuous bloating disturbs breathing rhythm → this can trigger panic or anxiety-like sensations. Poor digestion and disturbed sleep further worsen both acidity and anxiety — creating a cycle. What helps: A PPI tablet (like pantoprazole) once daily before breakfast for 10–14 days. Antacid syrup after meals if burping continues. Avoid lying down for 2 hours after dinner, reduce tea/coffee and spicy foods. Deep-breathing or slow-paced walking after meals improves both digestion and anxiety. But before assuming it’s only acidity, it’s wise to rule out cardiac causes once through an ECG or basic check-up, especially since chest discomfort and anxiety often overlap. If you’d like, you can message me on whatsapp  at nine three two six zero two zero five three six  — I’ll review your symptoms, medications, and lifestyle step-by-step and guide you with a personalized plan that relieves both bloating and chest tightness within days.
