This sounds distressing, but it’s manageable. Frequent stools after eating, milk intolerance, weight loss, and dull skin can happen with IBS, food intolerance, anemia, or gut infection—needs proper evaluation. For now, eat small frequent meals, avoid milk/spicy/junk foods, and stay hydrated—but please consult me so I can assess, run basic tests, and treat the root cause properly.
