Hi, I'm suffering from constipation from last few weeks. Usually I tried some medicine for motion free, but those are not working now. Please suggest the foods or whatever it is for better digestion Thank you

I had eaten noodles and drank green tea+ coffee before it. I vomited 1 hour while brushing my teeth. Is it coffee fround vomit? Should i be worried? I don't have any other symptoms as of now. Please reply, Thanks.

Continuous diarrhea and loose motions with heart burn throughout 20 days in a month. Done fatty liver test all reports normal..having instraft 3 times a day cintodac in morning and libotryp in night. Also had rifixamine for 3 days. .had medicine vonegress but it increased the symptoms. Kindly let me know why this issue is there for last few months.
