In May  my brother was experiencing low bp and nausea so we got him checked the doctor got his blood tests done which were normal but recently he again had the same issues with severe gas and he also vomited so the doctor asked us to get his ultrasound done and attached are the finding the first doctor said that we need to get his ct done we took a second opinion and that doctor after talking to my brother and noticing his issues said it's anxiety related he did give us stomach related medicines as well but I need to be sure kindly assist.

Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

I was diagnosed with antral gastritis 5 months ago. There were no ulcers in endoscopy but a damaged gut lining. I was prescribed nexprod rd 40 for 45days and esogress HP kit for 2 weeks. The prescription did help me shortly but even after 5 months my digestive strength has not returned completely. I did stop eating fried, oily foods, non veg completely and mostly eat rice. However I still face belching from time to time on a daily basis and burning stomach now and then. Eating ginger in the morning did help me but my stomach isnt as resilient as it was. What is the recovery period for this and how to improve upon my situation? Thank you

I have excessive gas but cbc wbc and neutrophils borderline , usg normal. Now am feeling chest heaviness i have cold and back throat feeling full. Is it acid reflux or sinus ..? Gas issue still there but not as severe before.
