Keep hydrated
•Brush twice daily
•Avoid onion and garlic
Halitosis, despite having good hygiene or without any oral or throat infection can be due to digestion issue.
If you experienced bloating feeling in stomach or acidity regularly (with a burning sensation in chest) it can be due to regurgitation or other digestive issues.
Next Steps
Maintain good oral hygiene(flossing can help a lot). Have more smaller meals instead of large meals. Eat food with more fiber, salads and prefer to have curd/yogurt if your diet allows it. Also avoid lying down immediately after food and keep yourself well hydrated.
Health Tips
Avoid lying down immediately after food, avoid taking large meals.
See the real problem here is food is staying for much longer in your stomach than required ,with some purtrified foul smelling food regurgitation to upper tract causing bad smell from mouth.
You have to eat more fibre diet ,fruits ,salads which moves fast.
You have to do more fasting .. so intestine get some relaxation time and move food fast after overcoming fatigue due to repeated eating. Have atleast 8 hours gap between meals.
And most importantly avoid lying down/sleep immediately after meal.. wait atleast 1 hour. If you directly go to sleep food will regurgitate more..so take care of yourself.
For now just take norflox 400 ODx3d
Omez empty stomach x3d.
It could be because of indigestion.
Avoid oily & spicy food
Drink plenty of water
Take
Tab Pan 40mg before breakfast.
Have proper sleep
Avoid hot drinks
Brush twice daily

Hello Sir,
Since dental causes are ruled out, your halitosis is likely from digestion or stomach-related issues like acidity, reflux, or gut imbalance. With the right evaluation and proper management this can be controlled, so don’t lose confidence — it is treatable.

Halitosis is often oral in origin, but non-oral causes like gastrointestinal disorders can contribute, especially when there’s no dental disease. Key digestive conditions linked to bad breath include Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), H. pylori infection, gastroparesis, bowel obstruction, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). Halitosis from digestive causes is sometimes accompanied by symptoms such as bloating, stomach discomfort, acid reflux, or irregular bowel habits.
Addressing halitosis due to digestive problems generally requires treating the underlying GI disorder, optimizing digestion, and supporting healthy gut flora. Sometimes, dietary habits (such as skipping breakfast, excessive consumption of onions/garlic, or alcohol) also worsen bad breath
