Severe bad breath from more than 6 months , visited multiple dentist & gastro but no use , acid reflux with feeling like some thing stuck in back of the throat , just below ribs cage some kind of bump & sharp pain , some times right & left navel burning sensation & tingling feeling after eating , plz help with this ,

Gastritis or gerd it may be.peptic ulcer or duodenal ulcer we have to rule out.tab rantac 150mg bd for 1 mnth .eat food and fluid at correct time.gelusil syp 5ml tds for 2 weeks.
If not relieved then endoscopy and colonoscopy needed for detection of any ulcer in abdomen.
