Stomach & back pain
Hello doctor, I was unwell with stomach and back pain from 31st August to 4th September, so I had to take leave. I could not visit a clinic in person during those days for some reason . I am better now, but I urgently need a medical certificate covering that period for my school records. Could you please help me with this? I would be very grateful.

But for a medical certificate schools usually need a physical consultation record from the days you were unwell, so it cannot be issued retrospectively without that. You should visit a nearby doctor for proper documentation.
