Recurrent stomach pain with nausea should not be treated as acidity alone. GERD or gastritis is common, but an ulcer, gallbladder problem or another abdominal cause must be ruled out with examination and appropriate tests. Avoid self-starting painkillers or prolonged acid medicines; arrange a physician review with your symptom pattern and any old reports. I can assess this properly through a consultation.
Next Steps
Book an in-person medical review, especially if this is frequent or worsening. Eat small regular meals, avoid known triggers and keep a brief record of pain, meals and vomiting.
Health Tips
Seek urgent care for severe or localized pain, repeated vomiting, blood or black stools, fever, jaundice, fainting or weight loss.

This pattern is very common at this age and is most often due to *acidity / gastritis / functional dyspepsia*, but needs proper history to rule out other causes. *I need some more details to guide better, but you can check these points:* *1. Ask yourself:* - Pain is more in upper abdomen / burning in centre? Does it increase when stomach is empty or after eating? - Any burning in chest, sour taste, belching? - Any pain killers like Diclofenac, Ibuprofen taken often for periods/headache? They increase gastritis. - Tea/coffee/ smoking/ very spicy food/ long gaps between meals/ stress/ less sleep? - Periods regular? Any vomiting actually, weight loss, black stools, blood in vomit? - Any gallbladder stone /H.pylori infection in past? *2. Most common reasons at 24:* - *Gastritis / Acid peptic disease* - due to irregular meals, stress, spicy food,H.pylori infection - *GERD / Functional dyspepsia* - stomach fullness, early satiety, nausea - Less common: Ulcer, Gallstone, IBS *3. What to do now:* - *Do NOT keep stomach empty long* - This is the main trigger. Eat small meals every 3-4 hours, on time. Don't skip breakfast. Avoid very spicy, oily, outside food, excess tea/coffee, cold drinks, smoking, alcohol. - Drink adequate water, sleep on time, manage stress - these affect stomach a lot. - Avoid self-medication with painkillers and antacids for long without doctor advice. - Maintain a food diary - note which food increases pain. *4. When to meet doctor urgently,if: - Pain is severe, daily, waking at night - Actual vomiting, weight loss, loss of appetite - Black tarry stools, blood in vomit - Fever, severe upper right pain after fatty food - Pain not improving in 1-2 weeks despite regular meals - Basic tests: USG Abdomen,H.pylori test, CBC - If recurrent: Upper GI Endoscopy This needs in-person evaluation.Do not start acidity medicines long-term without doctor prescription. If you can tell - where exactly is pain (upper/middle/lower), relation to food (empty stomach worse or after food worse), and any medicines you take, I can explain more clearly.
