You can take the prescribed medications. In my opinion you should visit a general surgeon nearby for your bloody mucus in stool for examination and further investigations..

You can take the Pantop kit. Haemorrhoids need their own treatment. No link with hyperacidity.

Since you have upper stomach pain, belching, acidity, and especially blood with mucus in stool, it is important not to rely on medicines alone. These symptoms require urgent evaluation with endoscopy to rule out serious underlying causes. Please book a consultation with me at the earliest so I can assess your condition properly and guide you on the next steps.

Urgent Consultation and endoscopy

Pantop kit (usually pantoprazole plus other agents like antibiotics) is commonly used for peptic ulcers or gastritis, especially where H. pylori is suspected. Completion of a 7-day course is standard if prescribed by a doctor. However, since there is blood and mucus in stool, this could indicate a more serious condition such as colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, or hemorrhoids, which may require further investigation beyond symptomatic treatment
Next Steps
Follow the prescribed pantop kit regimen unless there is a history of drug allergy or side effects. Report any worsening symptoms (increased blood in stool, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, or persistent diarrhea) immediately to the treating physician. Notify the doctor about the presence of hemorrhoids, as the combination of acidity with blood/mucus in stool is typically not caused by hemorrhoids alone and may need additional evaluation (such as stool examination or colonoscopy)
Health Tips
Avoid self-medicating further or using over-the-counter drugs without medical advice while on prescribed therapy. Eat a bland, low-spice diet, remain hydrated, and avoid alcohol, smoking, and NSAIDs (painkillers like ibuprofen and aspirin). If there is a sudden increase in bleeding, severe pain, or any signs of infection, seek immediate medical attention
