Upper abdompain with no underlying cause
I'm 16 years old and im having pain in upper abdomen after eating anything for a month. pain has gotten worse since. ate pantop hp kit for 10 days by my pediatrician's advice and no response. UTI diagnosed in  urine culture test and a hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary in ultrasound. but there is no pain in lower abdomen. now pain is occurring anytime. and the pain is different., like sometimes it's heartburn, gas and sometimes a stabbing pain. I also have GERD since a long time because many a times the food comes back up and i chew it and then swallow. could it be because of anxiety or is there another issue. should I get an endoscopy?

Yes, this could be due to gastric ulcers which would be clear on an endoscopy. Kindly get an endoscopy done and consult with me directly or on 9999 x 104 x 408.

For gastritis, it's essential to follow a diet that helps soothe the stomach lining and reduces irritation. Here are some dietary recommendations: Diet for Gastritis: Low-Acid Foods: Choose foods that are less likely to cause irritation, such as non-citrus fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Whole Grains: Opt for whole grains like brown rice, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread, which are easier on the stomach. Lean Proteins: Include sources of lean protein like chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, and low-fat dairy. Healthy Fats: Use sources of healthy fats, such as olive oil and avocados, while avoiding fried and greasy foods. Probiotics: Incorporate yogurt with live cultures or other fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi to support gut health. Herbal Teas: Chamomile or ginger tea can have soothing effects on the digestive system. Small, Frequent Meals: Instead of large meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals to avoid putting too much strain on your stomach.
