Intermittent pain upper left abdomen
What are the probable causes for intermittent pain in upper left abdomen with bloating. Please advise

Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen and A Gastroscopy to rule out ulcers / erosions .

Avoid spicy food, tea coffee
