You may have gastritis or an infection. What to Do? ✔ Take Pantoprazole DSR (once daily) before breakfast. ✔ Use Sucralfate syrup before meals. ✔ Stay hydrated, eat light, avoid spicy/oily foods. If fever or pain persists, get H. pylori test, LFT, and ultrasound. See a doctor if no relief.
