Usg whole abdomen advisable no hurry.
Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3to5 days.
Tab meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Change life style n diet plan drastically first.

It can also be from duodenal ulcers

To rule out liver gall bladder diseases or phrenic nerve problems.

It could be muscular...try some hot fomentation and simple paracetamol...if it doesn't improve in 4-5days get an ultrasound...
