Acidity and upper back pain
Suffering with acidity and constipation using antacids getting back pain on upper back left side and also right hand pain , back pain getting stressed while breathing can you please suggest whyiam getting this pain and whom to consult

Till u don't change life style n diet plan drastically first no therapy gives u proper results. Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 2 weeks. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times. Tab eterocoxib Mr two times a day after food for 3 to 5 days. Duphalac syr10 ml at night.

Take Tab Pantop 40 mg 1 tab OD BBF x 2 weeks Syp mucaine gel 1 tsf TDS 20 min before meals for 2 weeks Syp lactulose 3 tsf with warm water HS for 5 days
