Most likely you may have experienced a vasovagal syncopal attack due to pain and prolonged sitting. It is not very uncommon.Try to avoid triggering factors. There is no specific treatment. However if you have any recurring episodes , you may have to check your BP,get an ECG and consult a cardiologist in your area

Hello, I understand your concern — what you experienced sounds like a brief fainting episode (called syncope), which sometimes happens when straining in the toilet. The pressure can suddenly lower blood pressure and reduce brain blood flow, leading to a short blackout and ringing in the ears. Advice • Drink enough water and eat fiber-rich foods to avoid constipation and straining. • Go to the toilet only when you feel the urge, avoid prolonged sitting. • If you feel lightheaded, stop, relax, and take deep breaths. What to Monitor • Any recurrence of fainting, dizziness, or blackout. • Chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, or severe headache. Management One isolated event may not be dangerous, but since you lost consciousness even briefly, a check-up is advised to rule out heart rhythm or blood pressure issues. When to consult immediately • If such episodes repeat. • If you notice chest pain, persistent palpitations, or yellowing of vision/blurred vision. • If you injure yourself or remain confused after fainting. 👉 To discuss your health history and arrange appropriate tests, you can connect with me on Practo or WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician

Let's see step by step as it is complicated case requiring consultation but I will try to explain you in steps 1st you age is just 25 .. cardiac arrythmia/flutters unlikely. 2nd vasovagal syncope.. during episode of pain there is fainting and patient immediately gains conciousness after few secs without losing memory. Which is what you actually got here .same thing happens every week in our injection rooms lol 3rd seizures.. no past history of similar episodes..you didn't fully collapsed , and you have memory of what happened so not seizures.
Next Steps
still it's just speculation. did you have palpitations? what was that uneasiness.. if there history of hypotension episode in past?

Is this only this time or happened earlier also. Need complete history. It's better you consult online or directly with a physician. If it has happened before don't take it lightly as it may be an absence seizure

This episode sounds like vasovagal syncope (fainting), which can happen from straining during stool. Since you felt ringing in ears and lost awareness briefly, you should get a basic check-up (BP, ECG, electrolytes). Not usually dangerous if one-time, but see a doctor if it repeats or you have chest pain/weakness. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.
