Gastritis / Acid reflux (GERD): Common after spicy/irregular meals. Symptoms: nausea, bloating, burning after eating. 2. Medication side effect: Fornerve NT can cause nausea, constipation, abdominal discomfort as side effects. 3. Slow gut motility / Functional dyspepsia: Constipation + nausea after meals → delayed gastric emptying. 4. Hepatobiliary / Pancreatic issues (less likely, but to rule out if persistent): Gallbladder stones, liver inflammation. --- ✅ What to Do Lifestyle/Dietary: Eat small, frequent, light meals. Avoid oily, fried, spicy, and outside food. Drink 2–3 L water/day, add fiber (fruits, veggies). Avoid lying down immediately after meals. Medications (after doctor consult): Antacid / PPI (e.g. Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast × 2 weeks). Prokinetic (e.g. Domperidone/Levosulpiride, if prescribed) for nausea. Stool softener (Isabgol husk, lactulose) for constipation. Investigations if persistent >2 weeks: CBC, LFT, RFT, Ultrasound abdomen H. pylori test (if gastritis suspected) --- 🚨 See a doctor urgently if: Persistent vomiting Blood in vomit or stool Severe abdominal pain or jaundice Weight loss --- 👉 Most likely here: drug-induced gastritis + constipation or acid reflux after Fornerve NT. Stopping the drug + short course of PPI + dietary changes usually improves symptoms in a few days.

Ignoring symptoms can delay diagnosing important infections like hepatitis. I advise to get blood test examined for liver function test, complete blood Count and urine routine test . I will help in getting proper treatment. You can get back to me after the reports.

Hello, Nausea after meals for a week could be due to acidity, gastritis, or indigestion. Since you were on Fornerve-NT, sometimes such medicines can cause gastric side effects like constipation or nausea. For now, take light meals, avoid oily/spicy food, and drink plenty of water. If nausea continues, is severe, or you develop vomiting/abdominal pain, please consult a doctor once for proper check-up and medicines.
