RX gave
Pantop 40 BD
Ganaton50 BD
Actapro 100 TID
Syrup sucafil o TID
Rebagen 100 for ulcer
HPE report will come after 5 days can rebagen is sufficient for superficial ulcers as RUT not done or need to start HP Kit
Suggest Rebagen ( Rebamipide) is sufficient for ulcer or not
