diffuse punctate erythematous mucosa along with small superficial ulcer seen

Impression: Gastritis, Gastric ulcer, lax Cardia
RX gave
Pantop 40 BD
Ganaton50 BD
Actapro 100 TID
Syrup sucafil o TID
Rebagen 100 for ulcer
HPE report will come after 5 days can rebagen is sufficient for superficial ulcers as RUT not done or need to start HP Kit
Suggest Rebagen ( Rebamipide) is sufficient for ulcer or not

I don't know why you are asking this question.
After spending so much money for endoscopy and biopsy if you don't follow the instructions of the Gastroenterologist you are giving him a chance to be "not accountable because you didn't follow his instructions ".
It is good to get information from the Internet but wisdom demands that you should follow the instructions of your Gastroenterologist.
