Your stool report shows pH 6 (slightly acidic) and 2–4 pus cells, which can sometimes be seen even in mild gut irritation or minor infection. The presence of “bacteria +” is usually a routine finding, since the intestine normally contains many bacteria.
Next Steps
Since no blood, cysts, or parasites are reported, there is no serious infection indicated.
Health Tips
If you have persistent loose stools, abdominal pain, fever, or blood in stools, it’s better to consult a doctor for further evaluation. Otherwise, maintaining good hydration, light diet, and probiotics can help normalize digestion.
