I am noticing that mostly I get semi solid stools in the morning. But I don't have to go to washroom multiple times. I feel relaxed and ok. But this semi solid stool make me scared. It's not always but still. It is ok?
Last year I was taking medicines for anxiety and it started with this stomach issue. This year sometimes I am noticing this semi solid stool. Sometimes for longer days. Very rare trapped gas. Thts all. I feel scared. Please let me know that I am not supposed to get worried right?

If you are so much worried about occasional semi-solid stools then your treatment for anxiety is not over yet. Please continue your anti-anxiety treatment under guidance of a Psychiatrist.
It's alright to get semi solid stools. There are times when you're on a particular diet, sometimes there's a week when your digestion is just not proper. Sometimes it's about the anxiety medications also.
