It's not always but still. It is ok? Last year I was taking medicines for anxiety and it started with this stomach issue. This year sometimes I am noticing this semi solid stool. Sometimes for longer days. Very rare trapped gas. Thts all. I feel scared. Please let me know that I am not supposed to get worried right?

Semi-solid stool once daily without pain, blood, weight loss, or multiple motions is usually normal and not worrisome. Anxiety and past medicines can affect bowel habits. Get checked only if you develop blood in stool, persistent watery diarrhea, weight loss, or severe pain. Otherwise, no need to worry.
Next Steps
if you have stools become persistently watery or very frequent (≥3/day for weeks). If you see blood, black tarry stools, or mucus regularly. consult a doctor ASAP

It's alright to get semi solid stools. There are times when you're on a particular diet, sometimes there's a week when your digestion is just not proper. Sometimes it's about the anxiety medications also.
Next Steps
You can start with PPI's for a while. and maintain good gut health by eating good food. or maybe get a nutritionist if you feel it's going on for too long.
Health Tips
Maintain Lifestyle. Avoid alcohol/smoking/spices also

It’s quite common for stools to vary in consistency, and occasional semi-solid stools are usually not a sign of anything serious—especially if you don’t have pain, bleeding, frequent diarrhea, or weight loss. Anxiety and previous medicines can also affect digestion.
Next Steps
Since you feel otherwise well and go to the washroom only once, there’s no need to worry right now. Just try to maintain a healthy diet, stay hydrated, and manage stress.
Health Tips
If the stool changes become persistent, worsen, or if you notice any blood, weight loss, or severe abdominal pain, then it would be good to get a check-up.

Hlo ma'am Aapke description ke hisaab se, aapko mostly morning me semi-solid stools hote hain, lekin aapko multiple trips nahi karne padte, gas rare hai, aur aap overall relaxed feel karte hain. Yeh pattern functional bowel changes ya mild IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) jaise hi lag raha hai, especially kyunki aapka stomach issue anxiety ke time start hua tha. Kuch points aapko reassure karne ke liye Blood, mucus, ya severe pain agar nahi hai, toh zyada worry ki zarurat nahi. Stool consistency thodi change hona normal ho sakta hai, diet, stress, ya medicines ke wajah se. Trapped gas occasional hai, severe bloating nahi, toh usually harmless hai. Maintain hydration, high-fiber diet, regular meals, aur anxiety control karna helpful hai. Agar kabhi blood in stool, sudden weight loss, persistent pain, ya frequent diarrhea aaye, toh turant check-up karna. I hope it helps you 😊
