Did stool test for my daughter and result showing 2-4 pus cells and 1-2 RBC Is it dangerous or any chance for IBS

Those values of pus cells and RBC are within the normal limits.You don't need to be concerned.

These are normal values, not to be worried if there are no signs and symptoms pf IBS like visible bleeding in fecal matter, stomach pain fpr 3 months, constipation or loose motions for 3 months.
