It sounds like you may have acidity or gastritis. Eat small, light meals, avoid spicy/oily food, coffee, and alcohol. Drink plenty of water and don’t lie down right after eating. If symptoms persist, see a doctor for proper tests and treatment.

Hi it seems you're having gastritis which is called acidity in layman's Language. Better to avoid oily or fried eateries and spicy foods, and to avoid eating anything just before sleep. If it is really bad pain then you must take anti-acidity medications starting from PPI- Pantoprazole 40mg per day morning 1 tablet before having any thing (even before tea or coffee whatever you prefer)
