You may be having GERD. Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disorder or we call it acid reflux. For the time being you can be on Ganaton Total, like 2 weeks. But still, there are other things that should be evaluated. Like your weight, your work, your lifestyle etc, and if required, then some blood tests. Consult a doctor if it doesn't get better, but as I have told people here multiple times, good lifestyle is less diseases.

Hlo sir, aap jo symptom bta rahe ho – khana khane ke baad halka sa vomit aa jana – ye acid reflux (GERD), gastritis ya indigestion ki wajah se ho sakta hai. 👉 Aapke liye advice: Khana chhota-chhota aur frequent portions me lo, overeating avoid karo. Khane ke turant baad letna/sona mat, kam se kam 2–3 ghante baad hi soyein. Spicy, oily, fried food, coffee, tea aur cold drinks kam karein. Raat ko late dinner avoid karein. Doctor ki salah se simple antacid syrup/tablet le sakte ho. Agar weight zyada hai to thoda reduce karna faydemand rahega. ⚠️ Agar vomiting zyada ho, khoon aa jaye, weight loss ya black stool ho to turant gastroenterologist se consult karein. Thanku 😊I hope this helps u.

Frequent vomiting after meals is not normal. It can be due to issues like acidity, gastritis, reflux, or sometimes stomach/food pipe problems. Please eat small frequent meals, avoid spicy/oily food, and don’t lie down immediately after eating. But since it’s happening often, I recommend you consult a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation. If you develop severe pain, persistent vomiting, or blood in vomit, seek medical care immediately.
