Hlo sir In yr CT scan: Most organs normal, only finding is spleen enlarged (13.5 cm) and a few tiny kidney stones (not serious). Causes of spleen enlargement: recent infection, liver-related changes, or blood disorders. Because you recently had appendectomy and now stomach pain + enlarged spleen, doctors advised admission for proper evaluation. Next steps: admission is sensible → do blood tests (CBC, LFT, peripheral smear), infection screen (malaria, typhoid, viral), and monitoring. Till then: avoid abdominal injury/strain, follow doctor's advice. Likely treatable once the cause is identified I hope it help you

Normal length of spleen is about 12cm . In your case it is slightly big . India is a malaria endemic country and such enlarged spleen can be due to malaria itself. There are lot many other reasons for splenomegaly. What was your reason for going in for CT abdomen.  If you have gone through any other test please do share.
Next Steps
Go for CBC , PBF thick and thin to rule out malaria,
