Constipation is an inoccuous symptom .  It is much more common than poor urine flow. I hope you have consulted a qualified Urologist (MCh) and not a General Physician. Urologists almost never will attribute poor urine flow to constipation. Please  consult a General Surgeon in your area with all your documents , including the opinion of the Urologist.

Hello sir, in many men your age constipation and urine flow problems can go hand in hand. When the bowel is packed with hard stool, it can press on the bladder or urinary passage and make the urine flow weaker. Since your urologist has checked reports and found everything normal, constipation is quite likely the main reason. There isn’t really a single test that directly proves urine flow is reduced only because of constipation. Ultrasound of abdomen, prostate, and bladder or uroflowmetry can be done, but they mainly rule out other causes. The best way to confirm is simple — if your urine flow improves after treating constipation, then it was indeed the cause. So at this stage, focusing on regular bowel movements is most important. Drink enough water, eat more fruits, vegetables, and fiber, and stay active. If it doesn’t improve after constipation is under control, then further checks may be needed. I hope it help you

Constipation can sometimes worsen urinary symptoms by putting pressure on the bladder and urinary tract. Since your urologist has already evaluated you and found reports to be normal, it’s quite possible that constipation is the main contributor. There isn’t a single specific test to prove that poor urine flow is due to constipation, but we usually confirm it based on Symptom correlation when urine flow improves after constipation is relieved, Clinical examination of the abdomen or rectum and Sometimes ultrasound to check bladder emptying and bowel load
Next Steps
The best next step is to manage constipation with adequate fluids, high-fiber diet, regular physical activity, and medicines and laxatives if prescribed.
Health Tips
If your urinary symptoms persist even after constipation improves, further urology evaluation may be needed.

It’s very unlikely that constipation leads poor urinary flow . First of all tell how ll you define poor urine flow …in terms of urinary frequency in day and night as well Your age is 60 years - so I think u should go for USG - Prostate and KUB ?BPH ?? Cystitis And urine complete examination, RBS

As you have already consulted a UROLOGIST, I don't think that he would have missed any test. Constipation is not directly responsible for low urine flow. Both might occur together if there is some MASS blocking both BLADDER AND INTESTINE, AND TRUST ME AN UROLOGIST WILL NEVER MISS THAT MASS. BOTH MIGHT ALSO OCCUR IF THERE IS LACK OF FLUID INTAKE, AND THE UROLOGIST MIGHT HAVE WANTED TO CONVEY THIS ONLY.
Next Steps
Recommendations for not doing any test, you may take opinion of ANOTHER UROLOGIST. You can do a CT KUB if you wish
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, this will solve both constipation and urine flow issue. Stop taking caffeine braverages and tea as they can make you dehydrated.
