Hi
You might’ve a parasitic infection that usually gets cleared by Albendazole 400mg single dose ( most of the parasitic infection does) .
Is there any anal itching apart from worm in stool?
Is there any blood in stool?
There’s a possibility that the parasitic infection may not have cleared from your system. So a second is advisable.
Next Steps
Get a 1)stool culture ( to check for any bacterial growth)
2) stool RE( for ova and parasites)
3) single dose of Albendazole 400mg after 2 weeks
4) Pan 40mg od 30mins before breakfast
5) consult a doctor if abdominal pain persists
5) connect for further consult
Health Tips
Please don’t google and take tablets unadvised. Always make sure to consult a certified doctor to go through your history which includes both medical ,personal history and even diet history . Remember chatgpt is not a doctor and they only rely on facts and information that you input which doesn’t necessarily be accurate to form a conclusion of your disease.

Hlo sir
You passed a roundworm, and after taking albendazole it's normal to have some abdominal discomfort, nausea, or fatigue for a few days as the worms die.
What you should do:
Eat light, easily digestible food and drink plenty of water.
Albendazole dose is usually repeated after 2 weeks to kill the remaining eggs.
Continue Pan 40 for stomach protection.
If you get severe abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in stool, or black stool, see a doctor immediately.
Next Steps
if your discomfort does not improve in 3-4 days, visit your doctor for follow-up and maybe a stool test
Albendazole works good against the round worm. Wait for some time and if you are having stomach pain then you should take dicyclomine hydrochloride 10mg (BD) it will relieve your pain and for more details you can book an appointment with me i will prescribe you proper treatment.

If you live alone and take food cooked outside do check if the cook maintains good hygiene. If living with family and taking home cooked food it is advised that whole family should take albendazole as per age and weight of the person ,also the person cooking the food especially the one making dough should have nails cut and wash hands properly . Repeat albendazole after 1wk
Hello. Passing a roundworm in stool confirms intestinal worm infection. You have already taken albendazole, which is correct treatment. Sometimes symptoms like abdominal discomfort, nausea, or fatigue can persist for a few days as the worms die and are expelled.
Next Steps
Drink plenty of fluids and eat light, easily digestible food.
Rest well.
If symptoms are bothersome, you can take medicines for acidity/nausea as advised by your doctor.
In some cases, a repeat dose of albendazole after 2 weeks is recommended to ensure complete clearance.
Health Tips
If you continue to have significant abdominal pain, vomiting, fever, or persistent weakness, please visit a doctor for examination and follow-up.
Lot of suggestions u already got in platform.
Mebex200 two times a day after food for 3 days.
You can take.
Complaint u have lot of other reasons.
Not only worm. Ok
So change life style n diet plan drastically first.
Stool examination complete n microscopic advisable.
Do you get anal itching specially during the night ?
Then it could be a pinworm infestation.
But albendazole 40 mg does work dork for worm infestation
Next Steps
For most intestinal worm infections, a single dose of 400 mg is usually sufficient. In some cases, a second dose may be required after two weeks to ensure complete eradication of the parasites.
Get your stool examined in lab. And get your eosinophils checked through CBC ( complete blood count)
Health Tips
Oro-anal contamination in pinworm infection involves a cyclical transfer of microscopic eggs from the anal region to the mouth, often through unwashed hands Oro-anal contamination in pinworm infection involves a cyclical transfer of microscopic eggs from the anal region to the mouth, often through unwashed hands. The cycle starts when female pinworms lay eggs on the skin around the anus, typically at night. Scratching this itchy area transfers the sticky eggs to the fingers and under the fingernails. These eggs are then swallowed if they touch food, the mouth, or other contaminated surfaces like toys, bedding, and clothing, leading to a new infection or reinfection.
Also Change your inner garments daily.
Clean your vegetables everytime you consume
If you have anal itching or worms are seen then take TAB. ALBENDAZOLE 400 MG SINGLE TABLET AND FOLLOWED BY TAB. IVERMECTIN 12 MG SINGLE TABLET, both once a week for 1 week
Next Steps
For confirmation of worm infection, do a STOOL CULTURE, if no worms found your condition must be due to gas and acid, take TAB. PAN 40 ONCE DAILY for acid, and TAB. DOMSTAL 10 MG for gas
