White spots in stool

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From last one month, I am getting few small round shaped white specks in stool. The quantity varies from 5 to 15 as visible. Had blood in stool last month for 2-3 days but that is not occuring now(constipation). avoided spice and maida. But white spots are still there. What could be the reason and how to get diagnosed?
