Better to consult a Paediatrician in your area. There are not too many medicines for deworming but if you are not happy with the treatment then you will have to consult a Paediatrician.

You can go for Albendazole syrup, e.g. Bendex. If child is less than 10kg weight, use 200mg dose, once. If greater than 10kg, use 400mg dose, once. Worms in the stomach is not the only reason for baby not eating well.
Next Steps
Consult a General Physician for further workup.
Health Tips
You can use this twice every year, as advised according to National Deworming Guidelines, GOI.

Deworming is not to be done for children under 2 years unless you are sure there is a parasitic infection. For children under 2 years old, if infected with worms, it will cause anorexia, growth retardation and malnutrition, in addition to the child just not eating well. Therefore, children should be taken to a health facility for screening and appropriate interventions.
Next Steps
Consult a pediatrician.
Health Tips
Do not give any tablets without prescription of a pediatrician.
