I have bought shaboom pump of levroon-pre workout drink I have also bought ON’s BCAA’s And also ON’s protein powder Are all these safe to consume for a person like me I am 18yrs old 6ft and 70kgs Do all these make a person impotent? Do eating 15 eggs-13 egg whites and 2 egg yolks also cause some problems? I do workout for 2-3 hours for 5 days P.S.- I am not looking for bodybuilding and I know I should have asked before.But please tell that should I continue taking it or not ?and I just want a good physique nothing else

I dont feel like eating. 26 F. Weight is 38 kgs. Tried visiting dietician, joined a gym one month ago.. just can't force myself to eat. I don't get the urge to eat.
