For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

- as per health guideline your Bmi is normal
- eat healthy fats/ complex carbohydrates/ good amont of protein take complete that is in non veg. Lean meat chicken fish.
- do some excercise any time you can do not necessary to do in morning.
- i need your full histroy to plan. Diet plan. Radomly cannot give that u will not able to follow.
-and there are many reasons some time you dont gain weight like hyperthyroidism etc.

20BMI is ok ok type, but you should feel fit & For gaining weight,don't take unrecommended food supplements,that may effect ur health badly, don't take outside pestry, deep fried items from out side to gain weight. U have to waight & patiently u have to take ample amount of good fat,comes from fish oil, vegiterian oil( First time fried) , Walnut, almonds etc.. take yellow fruits in ample amount with green leafy vegetables in ur regular diet.
