Not gaining weight
I am 31 years old . My height is 152cm and weight 43kg. On my college time I was nearly 50 kg . And after a year pass am slowly getting lean. Now am breastfeeding mom.. I am looking so thin. How can I gain weight?

Try to get most of the nutrients you need by following a healthy eating routine. Choose a mix of healthy foods you enjoy from each foods group: 1. Whole fruits 2. Whole grain 3. Protein 4. Dairy products 5. Healthy oils Includes protein foods 2-3 times per day such as meat, fish, eggs, poultry, beans, nuts, and seeds. Eat three servings of vegetables, including dark leafy and yellow vegetables per day. Eat two servings of fruits per day . Includes whole grains like whole wheat, pasta, cereal pasta in daily diet

Add group 1 nutrients: vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, choline, vitamin A, vitamin D, selenium, iodine. Group2 nutrients: Folate, calcium, iron, copper and zinc.
