Healthy evening ma’am,
Making healthy choices while you’re breastfeeding will help you and baby get the nutrients both need.
Try to get most of the nutrients you need by following a healthy eating routine.
Choose a mix of healthy foods you enjoy from each foods group:

Includes protein foods 2-3 times per day such as meat, fish, eggs, poultry, beans, nuts, and seeds.
Eat three servings of vegetables, including dark leafy and yellow vegetables per day.
