I have been gaining weight only in the belly area for the last 3 years. I am regular when it comes to exercise (Cardio and weight training) and also do not drink or eat much of outside food or fatty food. What could the problem be?

Weight loss and general well-being

As you can probably see from her statistics, my wife is extremely overweight. Her PCOD makes her gain a lot of weight. She is already facing knee and other issues due to her weight.
