I used to be 65-68 kgs some 4-5 years back. I ate a lot of junk food in office since 5 years. I have turned 80kgs and my tummy is hanging ouside and pointed chest is grown downwards. Now since last month I left having oil, rice, potato, sugar completely. I also joined gym since last week. I want to reduce my fat in belly planks and chest. In short I want to come in shape. I set my target as April 2019. Please give me diet chart for 7 months including nonveg also. I goto gym at 7:30-8:45 for 5-6 days a week and my sitting job schedule is 10-6pm. Kindly help
